Financial Policy & Insurance
We require all Co-Pays, Deductibles, and Co-Insurance to be paid at the time of service with cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard.
You will be assigned a patient account representative who will address insurance reimbursement and answer any financial questions that you may have.
If specific questions regarding your account arise at anytime throughout your treatment, these can be directed to your account representative at (478) 743-1104 during normal business hours.
Our concern is that you and your family feel comfortable with the procedure and are educated on what to expect.
